Where Do "I" Fit In?
Are you feeling a little grouchy, sick or fatigued most of the time. I know that the holidays are over and it's a new year, but you have to take care of yourself. If you are anything like me, you are always on the go and barely get to take some time out for yourself. I take care of the needs of my home, I have demanding children, I help others, the list just goes on and on. It leaves me moody and restless. When I look at my schedule, I often times ask myself the question, Where do I fit in? When you are not getting the proper rest you need or make time to do things for others and not yourself, it becomes a wear and tear on your body. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying not to help anyone, I'm saying that you matter too. So I encourage you to take an hour to yourself a day, meditate, read the word, enjoy a spa day, go on a yearly vacation, whether it's with family, spouse or alone. Get your "Me" time it's important for your health. Trust me when you are happy, everyone around you is happy! #MeTimeMatters
